Get in the habit of discarding the yolks as they contain cholesterol, and just eat the whites for optimal protein intake. in time, eating egg whites will just be a natural habit that will no longer require much thought.

Anyone who wants to achieve fast weight loss should eat at least five servings of fruit and vegetables daily.
