Beans

Beans should be in every dieter's kitchen. Nutritious and packed with fiber, beans are also filling and very inexpensive. Some nutritious bean choices include navy, pinto, lentil and black. Beans are part of the regular diet for people of certain cultures, yet in other cultures beans are hardly ever eaten at all. Water

It seems obvious and most people know it, yet so few people actually do it. Drink eight glasses of water a day. Every organ in the body needs water. Water is good for the skin and it makes best weight loss results occur far more quickly.
