Hispania Racing team was sentenced to a fine of $5,000 for an incident involving Sakon Yamamoto in practice for the Grand Prix de Korea.
The Japanese driver was published in his garage with a warmer tire still attached to the car, and a staff team came out of the pit to retrieve 23.1 (j) articles more hot ticket, 30.7, 30.9 sporting regulations.
"It is the responsibility of the competitor to release his car after a stop only when it is safe to do so" says section 23.1.
Hispania was sentenced to a fine given a reprimand after the session.
