Williams was in progress for the fifth and sixth places with Rubens Barrichello and Hulkenberg in the final rounds, but pneumatic heavy wear saw the fall of former seventh, while additional shutdown of the Hulkenberg meant that he could save only 10th.
"We have right now;""We just had some bad luck," said Hulkenberg.
"I'm just before the safety car was released cost me time, who lost me a place.Nous we managed to claw back position and were running in the sixth to the end of the race, but then told me my engineer, I had a slow puncture.".
"I can't keep this until the car was completely undriveable.Nous had to develop and that cost us a great result today."
Barrichello welcomed Williams rate even though the result was less that the team had looked set to.
"It was a difficult race, but we were competitive today," said the Brazilian.
"I was lucky with the timing of the safety car and we were running in a good position in the closing stages.
"Unfortunately, I just ran out of tyre in the last five rounds that we ultimately two places."
